Leading supplier of musical instruments and sound equipment in Nigeria, teamed up with leading Nigerian artistes to produce a mega concert to mark the first Lagos edition of Make Music Day yesterday, 21 June, 2016 at the Muri Okunola Park, Victoria Island Lagos.

The event tagged Make Music Lagos marked Make Music Day(also known as the World Music Day). It was a one-day event with free live musical performances and opportunities to make music. The concert in the city of Lagos was part of a global celebration of music making in over 700 cities inspired by France’s Fête de la Musique.

Make Music Lagos concert featured artists such as Cobhams Asuquo; BEZ Idakula; Tosin Martins; Olufunmi; Pita Linus; IBK Spaceshipboi; Wole Oni; Melamusik; Wura Samba; Boomsha; DJ Mordu; and many more. The event also had Fastest Finger segment with free recharge cards, umbrellas and hand packs up for grabs courtesy telecommunication giants, MTN Nigeria.

The movie which is a collaboration between Nollywood and Hollywood, stars Lynne Whitfield, veteran actor Billy Dee Williams, Brian Hooks, Pascal Atuma, Oscar Atuma, Chico Benymon, Tangi Miller, Doug Williams among others.

'Bloodlines' Release Party was anchored by veteran and pioneer of Nigerian comedy, Alibaba. Nollywood superstars present at the movie release party are Majid Michel, Nuella Njubigbo, Stephanie Okereke, Omoni Oboli, Mercy Aigbe, Yvonne Jegede, Frank Artus, Paul Obazele, among others.
The party was attended by Nigerian music superstars Phyno, Kcee and Harrisong. Top comedian, AY and fast rising comedian Mr Hilarious, formerly known as SkooBoi was on hand to thrill the audience.

Ex-Cameroon international and former Barcelona and Chelsea striker, Samuel Eto’o on Tuesday got married to his long-term girlfriend, Georgette Tra Lou at a church in Stezzano, Italy.

Eto proposed to Georgette Tra Lou in July 2014 with a diamond ring said to be worth €500,000. They’ve been together for more than a decade and they have five children together.

The 35-year old was adorned in a sharp grey three-piece suit with a houndstooth waistcoat, black shoes and arrived in a vintage car.

His bride looked beautiful in a long flowing white dress, made a classy appearance in a Mercedes Excalibur. According to reports, Eto’o and his new wife have actually been married since 2007 but were yet to hold a white wedding.

Dozens of fans spilled into the streets of the small town, a small municipality 25 miles northeast of Milan to watch wedding guests arrive among which was former Barcelona captain Carles Puyol as well as former Inter Milan owner Massimo Moratti.
